„NEURO Premium” Rehabilitation Program

• accommodation in a double room with bathroom (TV, Wi-Fi Internet)
• meals: 4 served meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner) – home-style cuisine
• on the first day of stay – preparation of an individual rehabilitation and recovery programme for the Patient with an initial consultation and general medical interview
• laboratory tests – once a month – “Start Lab” package – additionally payable
• an individual telecare wristband (on the Patient’s request) – immediate response in a situation of threat to health or life, remote vital signs measurements 24/7, 24-hour health monitoring, SOS button, fall sensor, fast and precise GPS location of the Patient – additional one-off cost of the device: PLN 900 and subscription costs according to the operator’s tariff (12-month contract)
• a rehabilitation bed for the Patient
• care of a psychologist
• included in the programme price – access to the “Academy of Emotions” with Tomek Anders – motivational coaching, individual online meetings that will help you overcome psychological barriers, set goals, support your emotions
• general medical care (consultations with medical assessment once a week)
• general nursing supervision (additionally payable, service on the Patient’s request) – nursing recommendations, laboratory tests, catheter replacement
• round-the-clock 24-hour care (general assistance with activities of daily living)
• an additional person in the room (Carer) – accommodation and meals – PLN 250 / day
• supplement for a single room – PLN 150 / day
• rehabilitation and functional therapies – 10 individual units (30 minutes each) including: 5 x 30 min of individual rehabilitation and 4 x 30 min of hydrogen therapy (respiratory rehabilitation) and 1 x 30 min of sensory-relaxation therapy

Day 1 of Stay – Consultation and establishment of an individualized rehabilitation plan and selection of additional functional therapies as needed:

• 30 min. daily specialized individual rehabilitation with a physiotherapist
• 30 min. daily Hand Tutor – hand therapy with personalized exercises
• 2 × 30 min. daily LUNA® system therapy – suspended treadmill gait training
• 2 × 30 min. daily craniosacral therapy
• 2 × 30 min. daily EXCIO® pelvic muscle therapy
• 2 × 30 min. daily G-EO SYSTEM® – robot-assisted gait re-education
• EXOATLET® active exoskeleton (additional charge) – robotic gait training, subject to individual qualification
• 30 min. daily individual manual therapy (medical massage)
• 30 min. daily anti-gravity therapy with a physiotherapist (suspension therapy)
• 2 × 30 min. daily oxygen or hydrogen therapy for enhanced systemic function – complimentary
• 3 × 30 min. daily energoton therapy – biologic cellular rejuvenation (mitochondrial enhancement + cellular nourishment)
• Up to 2 × 30 min. of physiotherapy modalities (shockwave, laser, ultrasound, electro-, magneto-, HIL laser, Solux phototherapy, BOA lymphatic drainage)
• 2 × 30 min. daily occupational therapy and patient activation, including relaxation, independence training, manual-skill and motor-function improvement, memory exercises, ergotherapy, stress-relief activities, other therapeutic sessions, and respiratory rehabilitation
• Included in program price: access to the “Academy of Emotions” with Tomek Anders – 3 × 60 min./week motivational coaching (subject to patient assessment and capacity)
• 2 or 4 consultations per stay with a psychologist (cognitive-function training, anxiety management, mental conditioning, motivational coaching)

Program duration and number of sessions are tailored individually, based on the Patient’s medical condition and clinical indications. Rehabilitation services are provided Monday through Friday; no sessions are held on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
