• accommodation in a double room with bathroom (Wi-Fi Internet)
• meals: 4 served meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner) – home-style cuisine
• on the first day of stay – preparation of an individual rehabilitation and recovery programme for the Patient with an initial consultation and general medical interview
• laboratory tests – once a month – “Start Lab” package – additionally payable
• an individual telecare wristband (on the Patient’s request) – immediate response in a situation of threat to health or life, remote vital signs measurements 24/7, 24-hour health monitoring, SOS button, fall sensor, fast and precise GPS location of the Patient – additional one-off cost of the device: PLN 900 and subscription costs according to the operator’s tariff (12-month contract)
• a rehabilitation bed for the Patient
• care of a psychologist
• included in the programme price – access to the “Academy of Emotions” with Tomek Anders – motivational coaching, individual online meetings that will help you overcome psychological barriers, set goals, support your emotions
• general medical care (consultations with medical assessment once a week)
• general nursing supervision (additionally payable, service on the Patient’s request) – nursing recommendations, laboratory tests, catheter replacement
• round-the-clock 24-hour care (general assistance with activities of daily living)
• an additional person in the room (Carer) – accommodation and meals – PLN 250 / day
• surcharge for a single room – PLN 150 / day
• rehabilitation and functional therapies – 12 individual units (30 minutes each) including: 7 x 30 min of individual rehabilitation and 4 x 30 min of hydrogen therapy (respiratory rehabilitation) and 1 x 30 min of sensory-relaxation therapy

Day 1 of stay – consultation and establishment of an individual rehabilitation plan and other functional therapies to be selected according to recommendations:

• 1 x 30 min daily specialist INDIVIDUAL REHABILITATION with a physiotherapist:
• 1 x 30 min daily HAND TUTOR – hand therapy – individual exercises
• 2 x 30 min daily – therapy using the LUNA system – gait therapy on a suspended treadmill
• 2 x 30 min daily craniosacral therapy
• 2 x 30 min daily – EXCIO pelvic muscle therapy
• 2 x 30 min daily – G-EO SYSTEM – gait re-education with robotic assistance
• (additionally payable) EXOATLET – active EXOSKELETON – robot for gait training – only after individual qualification
• 1 x 30 min daily individual manual therapy (medical massage)
• 1 x 30 min daily Alpha Gravity with a physiotherapist (suspension therapy)
• in each programme 4 x 30 min daily hydrogen therapy to improve the functioning of the Patient’s body
• in each programme 1 x 30 min daily sensory-relaxation therapy
• up to 2 x 30 min – treatments in the field of physical therapy (shockwave, laser therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, high-energy HIL laser, Solux phototherapy, BOA – lymphatic drainage)
• included in the programme price – access to the “Academy of Emotions” with Tomek Anders – 3 x 60 min weekly – motivational coaching (according to the Patient’s qualification and capabilities)
• 2 or 4 times per stay – consultations with a psychologist (cognitive function training, anxiety disorders, improvement of mental condition, motivational coaching

* The programme is determined individually; the duration of treatments and the amount of rehabilitation depend on the Patient’s health condition and above all on medical indications. Rehabilitation is carried out from Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are days without rehabilitation.
