The inpatient stay includes:
- accommodation in a double room with a bathroom (TV, Wi-Fi Internet)
- meals: 5 served meals a day (breakfast, NutriDrink, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner) – restaurant-style home cooking. To support the regeneration and nutritional needs of Patients during intensive rehabilitation, specialised nutritional preparations such as NutriDrink (WPC 80% protein), enriched with Colostrum with vitamin C (Aronia), are included in the meal plan. WPC and Colostrum are natural ingredients rich in, among other things, immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, proteins and bioactive factors associated with supporting the body’s natural immune mechanisms. Their inclusion is determined individually, taking into account the Patient’s health condition, staff recommendations and any contraindications.
- on the first day of the stay – preparation of an individual rehabilitation and regeneration programme for the Patient, including an initial consultation and general medical history assessment
- laboratory tests – additionally payable
- rehabilitation bed for the Patient
- psychological support
- general medical care (consultation with medical assessment once a week)
- general nursing supervision (additionally payable, available at the Patient’s request) – nursing recommendations, laboratory tests and catheter replacement
- 24-hour care (general assistance with activities of daily living)
- an additional person in the room (Caregiver) – accommodation and meals – PLN 250 per day
- surcharge for a single room – PLN 150 per day
- rehabilitation and functional therapies – 11 individual units (30 min. each), including 7 × 30 min. of individual rehabilitation and 4 × 30 min. of hydrogen therapy (body regeneration)
A condition of admission is that the Patient can be transported in a wheelchair.
Specialist neurological therapy at Constance Care (up to 11 × 30 min.)*:
Day 1 of the stay – consultation and preparation of an individual rehabilitation plan and other functional therapies selected according to medical recommendations and the Patient’s needs:
- 2 × 30 min. per day – specialist individual rehabilitation with a physiotherapist
- 1 × 30 min. per day – HAND TUTOR – hand therapy and individual exercises
- 2 × 30 min. per day – therapy using the LUNA system – gait therapy on a treadmill with body-weight support
- 2 × 30 min. per day – craniosacral therapy
- 2 × 30 min. per day – EXCIO pelvic muscle therapy
- 2 × 30 min. per day – G-EO SYSTEM – robot-assisted gait re-education
- 1 × 30 min. per day – individual manual therapy (medical massage)
- 1 × 30 min. per day – Alpha Gravity with a physiotherapist (suspension therapy)
- 1 × 30 min. per day – Dnsys X1 Mini Exoskeleton, supporting the Patient in gait re-education, improving stability and increasing confidence in movement
- 1 × 30 min. per day – Pulsetto FIT – vagus nerve stimulation, helping Patients relax, recover and prepare the body for more effective rehabilitation
- 1 × 30 min. per day – neurological speech and language therapy – training speech functions and communication skills after neurological damage
- in every programme: 4 × 30 min. per day – hydrogen therapy to improve the Patient’s overall functioning
- up to 2 × 30 min. – physiotherapy treatments: shockwave therapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, HIL high-intensity laser therapy, Solux light therapy and BOA lymphatic drainage
- 2 × 30 min. per day – rehabilitation of cognitive functions and memory disorders, as well as neuropsychological therapy
- 2 × 30 min. per day – occupational therapy and physical and psychological activation of the Patient, including relaxation, increasing independence, improving manual skills and motor function, memory exercises, ergotherapy, relieving nervous tension, other therapeutic activities and respiratory rehabilitation
- 2 or 4 times per stay – consultations with a psychologist (cognitive function training, anxiety disorders, improvement of mental well-being and motivational coaching)
* The programme is arranged individually. The duration of treatments and the number of rehabilitation units depend on the Patient’s health condition and, above all, on medical indications. Rehabilitation is provided from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays until 1:00 p.m. Sundays and public holidays are days without rehabilitation.
