„NEURO Premium MAX” Rehabilitation Program

Inpatient stay includes:

  • Accommodation in a comfortable double room with a bathroom (Wi-Fi).
  • Meals: up to 5 daily servings (breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner).
  • On the first day of stay - preparation of a personalized rehabilitation and recovery program with an initial consultation and general medical history.
  • Basic laboratory tests – 1 x per month – "Start Lab" Package.
  • Access to specialized immunological and genetic tests at Immuno Portland Clinic.
  • Individual telemonitoring device (upon request) – immediate response in case of health or life threats, remote vital signs measurements 24/7, health monitoring 24 hours, SOS button, fall sensor, rapid and precise GPS location of the patient – additional one-time cost of the device: 900 PLN.
  • Rehabilitation bed (electric adjustment) – included in the cost of stay.
  • General medical care (consultations with medical assessment).
  • Psychologist care (neuropsychological therapy).
  • 24-hour care (general assistance with daily activities).
  • Rehabilitation and functional therapies – up to 10 sessions (each 30 minutes).

Specialized neurological rehabilitation at CONSTANCE CARE (up to 10 x 30 minutes)*:

1 day of stay - consultation and establishment of an individual rehabilitation plan and other functional therapies based on needs:

  • 1 x 30 min. daily specialized INDIVIDUAL REHABILITATION with a physiotherapist
  • 1 x 30 min. daily HAND TUTOR - hand therapy - individual exercises
  • 2 x 30 min. daily - therapy using the LUNA system - gait therapy on a treadmill with suspension
  • 2 x 30 min. daily craniosacral therapy
  • 2 x 30 min. daily - EXCIO pelvic muscle therapy
  • 2 x 30 min. daily - G-EO SYSTEM – gait re-education with robot assistance
  • 2 x 30 min. daily - EXOATLET – active EXOSKELETON - robot for learning gait
  • 1 x 30 min. daily individual manual therapy (medical massage)
  • 1 x 30 min. daily alpha gravity with physiotherapist (suspension therapy)
  • 2 x 30 min. electrostimulation BAK (Bioacoustic Brain Correction) - hyperactivity, attention disorders, speech development disorders, intellectual disability, treatment of neurotic and psychosomatic diseases, general CNS damage, autism spectrum
  • 2 x 30 min. daily energoton therapy - effect of biological cell rejuvenation, including increased mitochondrial efficiency + cellular nutrition
  • Up to 2 x 30 min. - physical therapy treatments (shock wave therapy, laser therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, high-energy HIL laser, Solux light therapy, BOA – lymphatic drainage)
  • 1 x 30 min. daily occupational therapy and physical and psychological activation of the patient, including: relaxation, increasing independence and improving manual skills, motor skills, memory exercises, ergotherapy, relieving nervous tension, other therapeutic activities
  • 1 or 2 x per stay - sEMG Noraxon test – measurement of neuromuscular transmission (according to medical indications)
  • 2 or 4 x per stay - consultations with a psychologist (cognitive function training, anxiety disorders, improvement of mental condition, motivational coaching)
